Get Tested

UBC is currently providing Rapid Antigen Test kits (RATs) for students, faculty, and staff.

One kit of five COVID-19 tests will be available per member of the UBC community. Students can pick up test kits at Student Connect (UNC 206) from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 7 pm. Residents can also access test kits at the Main office and Front Desk of Nechako Residence (Room 254), 24/7.

Note: you may be asked to provide UBC identification in order to receive a kit.

Masks

UBC strongly recommends the use of medical grade masks, and will be providing a supply of medical grade masks to students, faculty, and staff. Options for obtaining a medical mask include:

  • Students: UBC Connect desk, 2nd floor University Centre; Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 7PM.

  • Residents: Student housing staff will distribute masks directly to students living in residence over the coming days and weeks.
